Planet Advert is a website that provides a platform for people to post Ads and connect with businesses owners and professionals. It is meeting place for employers, job seekers, start-up companies, investors, as well as for real estate, rent, items that are for sale, articles, reviews and many more.

Manage Info Page

This page allows a user to write or modify the information in their info center. Descriptions are limited to 1,500 characters. The info center displays a user's brief self-written bio. The same bio is also displayed in the all investors and all startup pages as well as at the bottom of all ads posted.

Categories

Planet Advert is divided into several main categories: Jobs, Startup Companies, Investors, Real estate, Rent, Items for sale, Articles and Reviews. One must select interest for one of these categories before creating an account.

Recommendations

Information provided during registration is used to make recommendations. Recommendations are made by matching a user's interest to another user’s interest or request. Recommendations will not be sent to users who selected articles or reviews as their interest.

Upload resume/Documents

Users can upload resume or business plan to their profile. This will be readily available to attach and send to other Planet Advert users’ e.g. potential employers and investors. Users may also make their resume public. However, resumes that are public can be downloaded and viewed by anyone with an employer account.

All investors

The all investors page is where all investors on PlanetAdvert are listed. Investors listed on this page will sign an agreement to confirm that they are accredited before they are listed on this page. A small fee will be charged in order to be added to this list. A User must select ‘investor’ as interest, create an investor account and pay the necessary fee to appear on the list of investors.

All start up.

This page contains a list of all startup companies that are looking for funds or investment. A small fee will be charged in order to be added to this list. A User must select ‘Startup’ as interest, create a startup account and pay the necessary fee to appear on the list of startups.

Review center.

The review center details reviews about cities, insurance companies, antivirus, operating systems, tablets and smartphones. Any user can write a review.

Account setting page.

Account setting allows a user to improve their experience on the network by modifying their account to suit their preference.

Transactions and Interactions.

We advise users to conduct smart, appropriate and meticulous research before dealing with others on our service. PLANET ADVERT and its representatives have no interest whatsoever and are not liable for any problems that may arise as a consequence of any user’s interaction, transactions or disputes with other users.

By using our services you agree that PLANET ADVERT, its owners and representatives are protected by law from any problems that may result from the utilization of our services which includes any third-party claim and damages resulting from your interactions with other users. This indemnification covers all possible expenses including any attorneys' fees and costs incurred by PLANET ADVERT.

FEES AND REFUND POLICY.

PLANET ADVERT may charge a small fee in certain cases for users to post an ad on our service. You (users) agree that by using any of our service where payment is necessary that you authorize PLANET ADVERT, or its payment processor, to make a deduction from your credit/debit card or other payment mechanisms for any such fees.

Payments are non-refundable, recurring and in United States dollars. All charges are in United States dollars and transaction fees from users in foreign countries are based on your agreement with your credit card or payment method provider.

All payments are nonrefundable no matter the situation for example a paid posts/ad maybe removed by PLANET ADVERT because it is deemed inappropriate or in violation of our terms of service. Payments and transactions between Planet Advert and a user may not be canceled by the user, except as required by law. We reserve the right to at any time to refuse or cancel any purchase or attempted purchase as we see fit in accordance with our Terms of Service.

A hold may be placed on your credit/debit card if you authorize a payment transaction and if for some reason the charge is not accepted. This hold may be in effect for some days.
